Glen-L Designs "Squirt" 10' Runabout 75% Done - New Motor & Trailer

This is a Glen-L Designs Squirt 10' Runabout, the boat is built from plans purchased from their website. The boat still needs finishing but the hardest parts are done, it's about 75% done. It comes with a brand new trailer and a 9.9 hp 4 stroke Mercury engine with all the steering hardware. It also has all the trim pieces for the windshield, steps and misc. The last picture is approximately what it will look like finished. Iadded the info on the boat from the Boat Designs website below. The last pic is of a finished boat and this one will look quite similar when finished.
There are hundreds of hours invested to get it this far and wouldn't take too much more to finish it for someone with wood working skill. Add up the $2,300 motor, $500 trailer, $1,400 in constructionmaterials and the $400 or so in steering/trim and misc. items and you basically get all the free labor. My friend is moving from their lake community, started a new job and is too busy right now to sell it himself so he asked me to help him sell it and it's in my shop. He has all the paperwork for the trailer and the new motor. I would prefer the buyer pick it up in person but it can be shipped and that cost is at your expense. I did take the time to wire the trailer for lights, they are some lights I had in the shop so they aren't submersible but I ran all the wiring in the frame professionally so all you need to do is swap out for proper ones. I can help in finding a shipper and will work with them to load it.

The SQUIRT is a small runabout for the young at heart. But don't let her size fool you; she offers a lot in her short length. This little boat will move out quicker with less horsepower than the average production boat because of the lightweight construction. Traveling at even modest speed in a boat of this size can be a thrilling experience. Since the motor is normally the major expense on a small boat, her "thrill without horsepower" makes SQUIRT an ideal boat for the builder on a budget. The combination of smaller horsepower requirement and generous freeboard makes this a good boat for the younger set.
We have taken special care in designing this boat as it is most often a "first boat". Construction is kept simple. As economy is always of prime importance on a small boat, the cost is kept to a minimum by the judicious use of materials.
If you want the utmost in performance and power, this little speedster may well be your best choice.
