Description

Nordica 16 Pocket Cruiser: I've owned the N-16 for about 4 years and in that time I have rebuilt the rudder; removed red lead bottom paint and applied Interlux VC Performance Epoxy below waterline.The hull is in very good condition with no signs of delamination, blistering or bulging . Topside is all original, nothing has been cut or added. Almost mint condition cushions ( one cushion has a small tear on side). Mast is also original and in very good condition; the stainless rigging and hardware are also in very good condition...mast is straight and has no repairs. Original Taylor Sails: Main Sail is in very good condition: Does not show any indication of much use...very crisp and sounds and feels like a new sail...no repairs done or needed: Self furling Jib has a few seams that will need to be taped otherwise good condition:
What still needs to be accomplished by next owner:

The water line stripe needs to be applied and above waterline will benefit from new paint..currently it is original gel coat white. The cockpit and deck definitely need painting...there are numerous spider cracks but nothing out of the ordinary for a boat of this vintage. Needs floorboards.. The trailer also appears to be original and constructed specifically for the Nautica...it is structurally sound and I have just installed new wheels and tires, bearings have been greased...NOTE: I do not have any paperwork for the trailer:

I also have the outboard motor mount..
