Description

Jubilation is a unique, beautiful Cat-Ketch with un-stayed masts. She is equipped with wishbone booms and is the easiest boat to sail. Her diesel engine runs very well and has been regularly maintained. The sails are protected by new sunbrella stack-packs.She has a mizzen stay-sail for faster beam and broad reaching. She has been regularly sailed every season and kept under shrink-wrap every winter for the past seven years. She is roomy and comfortable below with a full galley, head with shower, hot and cold fresh water, refrigerator with freezer. Her upholstery is in good condition. She has a bimini and dodger in good condition. Her three marine deep cycle batteries are two seasons old. She has an on-board battery charger for shore-power charging. Included is a GPS color chart plotter, and a new sound system, She is outfitted and ready for Coast Guard inspection. While she is not perfect she can go in the water today and will motor or sail away! We must sell her to make room for a new boat that is already under contract. Two boats is one boat too many!
