2 - Offshore 33 Cat Ketch Sailboats (Wing 33's)

I have 2 identical make/model/year Offshore 33's for sale.
S/V Pepin - The first one is in storage at a boat yard in Dickenson, TX. It had been damaged in a storm and broke one of the masts. Vessel was not submerged and did not take on any water. The free-standing masts and wishbone booms are nice since there are no standing rigging to mess with and/or trip over. It is loaded with a Yanmar 3GM30F with only 397 hours, a Westerbeke generator with only 89 hours, marine a/c, bow thruster, and the list goes on. Someone had spent a lot of money on this vessel at one time. A complete stainless enclosure is framed and ready for new canvas. There is slight damage to fiberglass under sattees where keel apparently was banging on the bottom during storm. Easy fix. This is the vessel I had planned on keeping but she only had one mast, one wishbone boom, and no sails.
S/V Jubilation - The second one is the exact make/model/year and had the masts, booms, and sails I was needing. I was also going to use the stove/oven, cushions, and other items as they were more to my liking. She has a Universal diesel and Hurth transmission. I was bringing her back from New York and transmission gave up due to south winds and overuse. I removed and rebuilt transmission and then started having all kinds of electrical issues. The panel is a mess of substandard splices and connections. I decided to put her on the hard in Deltaville, VA till I decided what to do.
After much deliberation and going back and forth, I've decided to sell them both. This was going to be my less-expensive means to have/keep a well equipped vessel. But, I have since purchased other projects, and decided I have enough to do. Both vessels need TLC like wood replacement around ports from the usual sitting/age/neglect issues. Decks are solid. I'll try to answer any and all questions I can, as quickly as I can.
