ACCOMMODATIONS

The contemporary interior has trim accents, attractive fabrics, and full carpeting. The abundance of natural light & ventilation is augmented with a portable air conditioner and a good mix of DC & AC lighting to illuminate the decor.

The main cabins forward dinette converts to a comfortable master berth with storage underneath, reading lights and mirror.

The efficient galley to port has good storage, a single molded sink with hot and cold pressure water, dockside water, 110v AC/engine heated hot water heater, Norcold 110AC/12DC refrigerator, a two burner Kenyon alcohol/electric stove and Goldstar microwave.

The mid-cabin sleeps two and features sliding window and a privacy curtain.

The guest head is to starboard with a vacuflush head & holding tank molded counter top and sink, hand held shower and opening port w/screen.

ELECTRONICS

Compass, has a Garmin depth/fish finder GPS chart plotter that needs to be replaced, Standard VHF radio, Kenwood AM/FM/CD Stereo w/cabin and cockpit speakers new.

ENGINE / MECHANICAL

7.4 Mercruiser carburetor NOT fuel injected with 630 ish hours, NOTE!! hours at time of purchase will be more as I am currently using the boat myself. Bravo 3 outdrives.

Water cooled 5kw gas generator with low hours.
