You are looking at a BEAUTIFUL 1997 Sea Ray 240 Sundancer with super low hours. This cruiser is powered by a 5.7 liter Mercruiser engine with ONLY 158 fresh water hours. It has a Alpha One outdrive with a stainless prop. It has trim tabs to keep your ride level and smooth. The hull is in near perfect condition, no scratches or imperfections.. The black pin stripping is likewise perfect. This boat has never been kept in the water and was stored in a heated pole barn when not in use. It's been professionally maintained. We just completed the recommended 4 year maintenance.The vinyl is in excellent condition, no rips tears or other wear. It has a snap in cockpit carpet. There is a walk thru windshield for access to the deck. There is a snap in pad to lay out on the deck. Boat has a complete camper top and side curtains. The plastic windows and side curtains have never been used. They are still in the bag they came in. The canvas tops are in excellent condition. The boat comes with a mooring cover as well. There is an automatic Halon system as well.The cabin sleeps 4 comfortably. There is a forward V berth and aft cabin as well as a enclosed head with pump out commode. There is a sink, fridge and single burner stove top. There is a pressurized water system and shore power. The cabin is in excellent condition with NO water stains or odd smells. Super clean! There are two tables, a stereo and a transom shower. We are also including EVERYTHING you will need to boat, including life jackets, dock lines and large fenders. Everything works as it should, horn, lights, blower, depth finder, windshield wipers.You would be hard pressed to find a nicer, cleaner, better equipped 240 Sundancer anywhere. Sea Ray's are known for their excellent build quality, reliability, styling and ability to hold their value.Included in the sale is a 1997 Eagle Dual Axle Trailer with surge brakes. Trailer is black in color and is in excellent condition. The trailer tows very well.The titles for both the Sea Ray and the trailer are in hand and will convey once all funds have been received and cleared.
