Up for sale my MS 1973 Columbia 41 Sloop with central cockpit with full dodger enclose( needs repair) ready to move in . She is powered by a Perkins 4-154 with low hour, rebuilt in 2010 and is working very good recently installed a CHARLES Battery Charger for up 3 battery bank, brand new marine grade water heater, two bat, one head with shower. The electric system was redone in 2013 by MS Dockside Marin, Carrabelle, FL. It has a King size bed in Aft cabin and a nice large bed in V berth. There is a 6'4" head room with an extra large salon with a built in table around the mast. Regular set of sails in good conditions. There are solar panels with regulator to maintain batteries, as well as davits for dingy in good working conditions no dingy available in this price.
