Description
Beautiful Luders 33 sloop rig sail boat. Lots of new improvements on this old boat. Hull number 35. She has new bottom paint, new drive train, new hull side paint and new rub rails. Also a fully rebuilt westerbeke engine with less than a 1000 hours, and yes I know the watertank on the engine says Perkins. The old one was damaged during rebuilding. However the perkins 4-107, and westerbeke 4-107 are the same engine. This engine is a westerbeke, with a Perkins fresh water coolant tank. New LED interior lights, new batteries 5 of them. And so much more. I am only the 3rd owner of the boat, I also have 2 giant binders of everything that has been done to the vessel over the years. The sails are in great shape and she also has an asymmetrical spinnaker. She needs some bright work done and a soft spot fixed around the aft starboard cleat. The interior bright work is in great shape. The boat is priced to sell, the only other luders 33 I have seen in decent shape was listed for 21000 and mine is much nicer. In this price range you will not find a better deal. She is live a board ready. You can have your Pearson's, Catilina's, and old Morgan's. I will take my Allied any day. You can't beat it's full keel, and sail plan. Those center board boats arent worth the benefit. A Deal like this isn't going to happen often. Even more so if you think you can buy any old boat and just fix it up. Being a marine technician, I know this boat is worth twice as much, even with its minor issues. Bought her for 32000 7 years ago and have done 15000 in improvements. Have the survey to prove it. of course that's a boat for you. This is a great deal for the price. only reason the price is so low is because we are moving to the mountains
