Up for sale is our 37' CSY ANOTHER WAY, we have been living aboard and cruising the Caribbean for several years and have decided to go ashore.LIST OF EQUIPTMENT;Nilsen 12 v electric windlass for rope and chain, 200 plus ft. 3/8 chain, 200 plus ft. 5/8 nylon rhode, 60 lb. Manson Supreme anchor,50 lb. Delta anchor, 45 lb. S.S. anchor, 35 lb. Danforth HiTensile anchor.Jib, Yankee (fair), Genoa 135% (good) Genaker (good) Main (fair). Halyards and sheets usable, some needing replacement. Standing Rigging, all with Sta-Lok (good to fair) Chainplates look good.Perkins 4108 diesel with trans. and V-drive less than 2000 hrs. Dual Racor 500 filters primary, secondary fuel filter on engine. Bottom just cleaned needs bottom paint, no history of blisters. Deck and cockpit needing paint. Navstation has spare Navman chartplotter, C-Map chips for E. & W. Caribbean, Bahamas, E. US coast to Virginia, also Paper charts for same. Icom vhf radio and spare Icom vhf radio, Stereo AM/FM,CD player, 4 speakers, Vicom 12 volt electrical monitor, 30amp battery charger, 50 ft. 30 amp shore power cable with couple of adapters. 2 x MPPT controlers for 350 watt solar panel and wind generator, 2 banks 105 amp/hr AGM batteries (8 total). Newer 12 v fridge and compressor on 1 side of the 4" insulated box, room for freezer on other side, newer Force 10 stove with oven and broiler. Foot pump for fresh water in galley and head sinks, 12 v salt water pump in galley, 12 v fresh water system has issues with, backlow preventers, water hoses,galley spigot, 12 v water pump runs.12 v showers in head and cockpit. There are 4 12v fans in salon and stateroom. There is a 120 v AC airconditioner by Mermaid which may or maynot have issues as we rarely stayed in marinas for AC voltage. The toilet is a Groco model K with porcelain bowl and bronze pump, just rebuilt, parts still available. We have been replacing all lights with LEDS, inside and out. Many spares and bits notably spare starter, raw pump, injector, fuel filters, enough tools for minor repairs, enough galley utensils to start. Port and starboard water tanks hold 120 plus gallons, small holding tank with manual pump out. Helm electronics include wind instrument, depth sounder, Newer Ray Marine auto pilot EV-400 Sail Evolution with rotary Drive. JRC 1800 chartplotter/radar has an issue as the screen has failed the radar and plotter are working as you can see around the edge of the screen. There is an older Honda 2000 generator and a newer Westmarine Hypalon RIB with 9.9 Merc. 4 stroke outboard, these last items are negotiable in the price.Vessel is in Luperon, Dominican Republic, best hurricane harbor in the Caribbean and gateway to E.& W. Caribbean, Puerto Rico and Bahamas, a private mooring is available while you prepare your voyage, there is Marina dockage and haul out available. The Vessel is U.S. Documented, we are sole owners, payment made in cash or bank transfer or as negotiated. A refundable $500 deposite pending your acceptance of vessel.
