1982 Mirage 5.5 (20 FT) Sailboat with Magic Tilt Trailer

I have a 1982 Mirage 5.5 that I bought from a Navy auction that I am going to sell. I bought it to fix up, but I had a hip replacement right after buying and have never been able to get to it. It is mostly complete but will need some work to get it into the water. I have title for both boat and trailer.

It will make a great project boat.

• Brand new Joe Water's sails that I just bought new for the project,
• Trailer has new tires, wheels and jack.
• Mast, boom and standing rigging complete but need new ropes.
• The swing keel needs new attachment point welded on and a new winch.
• Rudder and swing keel need sanded and painted. Need tiller handle.
• Hull is primered and needs paint.
• Deck and inside painted with house paint which is peeling and needs re-painted.
• I have eco-safe stripper for the deck; the inside can be scraped and painted.
• I have 2 of the 3 cushions for the berths - they need re-covered or replaced.
• External wood grab rails and hatchway need replaced.

(I also have 4 boat stands I will sell for $100 for all 4.)
