1982 macgregor sailboat with trailer

You are bidding (hopefully) on a 25' 1982 MacGregor sailboat and trailer. Boat appears to be in good condition, and has been used within the past few months. This is a daysailer with a v-berth, dinette, and a settee (couch). There is a large closet into which a porta-potti could be fitted. No galley. There are several bags of sails. An outboard bracket is attached to the transom, but no outboard is included in the sale. Tiller steering with a swing-up rudder and a swing-up keel. Trailer appears to be in good condition, although the lights don't seem to work. It is recommended that the winning bidder repack or replace the wheel bearings AFTER the boat has been removed from the yard in which it is stored, just to be sure the trailer is ready for a drive greater than a few miles. Mast is currently stepped and the boat is ready to be trailered to its new home. Boat is sold as-is, where-is in Redondo Beach, Ca (just southwest of Los Angeles).
