This beautifully crafted boat was one of the original fiberglass boats produced by the innovative company Marcot Plastics. Palmer Scott started out making wooden sailboats but in the 1940's he was having his company Marscot Plastics located in New Bedford, MA work on something for the modern day recreationist. Creating one of the first fiberglass boats. This boat features a cuddy cabin with heater and raytheon radar. It has a V6 165 HP Crusader inboard and is fresh water cooled. Borg Warner velvet drive gear, dual steering stations and a VHF radio. This boat is a turn key operation and comes with a Cox tandem trailer with two jack stands. The trailer itself needs minor brake wiring. This boat is just beautiful, and has been lovingly maintained by the second owner. Truly a rare and groundbreaking boat, the companies design for this model went on to inspire J.L. Tripp's Angler 22 when Palmer went to work for his company later. A real piece of history here.
