Recent upgrades:New 115% CDX head sail & 7/8" double braid jib sheets, new main, jib and spinnaker halyards, new Lewmar 30 AST main sheet winch, Lewmar & Schaefer blocks, new rudder, conversion to tiller steering, new Raymarine 2000 autopilot (tiller mount not yet installed), new Raymarine A77 GPS, chart plotter, integrated with depth sounder, new head hoses between head, holding tank and discharge (deck and overboard). Accommodations:Rich teak interior w varnished teak and holly sole, nautical blue cushions, private forward cabin, private head w shower, navigation station, convertible dinette, plenty of standing headroom, galley has 110v front loading refrigerator and microwave oven, alcohol stove has been removed for added storage space (we use a 2 burner propane camping stove). Sleeps up to 6 with 2 in V-berth, 2 in double berth (salon table drops), 1 on port settee, 1 in starboard quarter berth.

Hull & Deck:Traditional appealing appearance, varnished teak rail caps and hand rails, hull and deck in very nice condition, four opening ports and two opening hatches, swim ladder, sugar scoop transom with walk-through stern rail.

LOCATION: Port Washington, NY 11050. She is shrinkwrapped on the hard, mast down for easy inspection and ready to transport (or launch) as desired. Inspection can be arranged prior to sale.
