This is a beautiful Island Packet 37, well tested in the ocean, ready to sail. She is fully outfitted for cruising with a new Yanmar 3JH5E engine with only 600 hours on it. She comes equipped with water maker, SSB radio, 2 VHF radios, brand new autopilot computer and display, recently updated chartplotter and radio, recent canvas replacement, and all Raymarine instruments. For long distance cruising needs she also has solar panels and a wind generator. She comes with a Cape Horn self steering system as well.
These boats are great for cruising the Bahamas and Caribbean with only a 4 ft 6 inch draft. She has 18,500 lbs displacement and LOA of 38 ft 5 inches. She will sleep 7.

I purchased a larger Island Packet, so unfortunately need to sell this one. This boat has been cruised routinely and extremely well maintained, as you'll see below. She is in the water in Annapolis, MD. Priced to sell, reserve price is well below the survey.
