35` Seafarer Sailboat

Description

Seafarer Sloop 35`x 10`6"x4`6" Single Diesel.Located in Hampton Virginia,USA.

The boat has no topside leaks. It underwent a major refit in 2014. There were some small spiderweb cracks below the water line but no blisters. Bottom was sanded to glass and barrier coated. All through hulls were removed and recaulked. Cutlass bearing was replaced, a dripless stuffing box was installed, Paragon gear was replaced with a Velvet Drive. Exhaust system was replaced and a Vetus NLP 50 water lock muffler was installed. A Variprop DF 107 feathering prop was added. The engine(Perkins 4-108) was fitted with a remote oil filter, Alado roller furling was fitted, wenches were dissassembled, cleaned and re-lubricated, a 150 amp alternator and 3000 watt Vector VEC 051D inverter were installed. Built in refrig/freezer was updated from R-12 to R-134 freon. Intire boat was sprayed with Awlgrip paint. Sails are approx. two years old.

Displacement, 17,000lbs., ballast, 6,000lbs., Barient winches, Battery charger, Raritan dual 30 amp., 5 each batteries, 2 engine and 3 house on seperate circuits. Engine water/120volt water heater, 59gal. Potable water, 2burner electric cook top(swiveled), built in microwave, Ritchil 6" compass, Garmin 172 GPS, VHF radio, Debth Finder, Apparent wind, Wind speed, and knot meter.

The boat is in excellent condition from stem to stern with no known problems inside or out.
