This sail boat is in great condition and needs nothing. I am listing this boat for my parents, they have owned it for the past 15 years and they are nonsmokers. The boat has just been removed from the water and placed in winter storage.Winter storage fees have been paid for in advance, so whoever buys this boat has until spring,May 15, 2017 to pick up. This boat is being sold as is and where is with the buyer being responsible for arranging pick up or shipping.
