Terms:
Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract and your acknowledgement of our terms stated on this auction. Please do not bid unless you are serious and have the financial ability to purchase the boat. If you intend to finance the purchase of this boat you are responsible for your own financing and must have your finances in place BEFORE you place a bid.
Warranty:
There are no warranties implied by Riverside Marine. This vehicle is being sold As-Is, Where-Is, with no warranty expressed or implied.
Pick-up:
Winning bidder must pick-up boat at Riverside Marine within 5 days of final payment being made. To be cleared for transport all terms of this agreement must be met. If shipping is needed, all charges and arrangements are the buyer’s responsibility.
Deposit:
Winning bidder must secure the purchase with a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 5% of the final sale price, within 24 hours of close of the auction. This payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), cashier’s check, cash in person, or PayPal. All funds to be US dollars only.
Final Payment:
The Final Payment is to be paid to Riverside Marine within 5 days of auction closing. This payment can be made by cashier’s check, cash in person, or PayPal. All funds to be US dollars only.
Taxes:
All winning bidders who reside in the state of Maryland must pay all Maryland state sales taxes and title/registration/Trailer inspection fees associated with the sale.
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state taxes and title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Titles will be transferred upon receipt of full balance due, and completed Bill of Sale. All funds must be clear before the titles are transferred.
Sellers Rights:
The boat is for sale at our showroom and can be sold at anytime. Seller reserves the right to cancel bids and/or cancel an auction without notice or recourse to active bidders. Seller may relist, resell or otherwise market the product if the terms of this agreement are not met. Statements of condition are opinions and the inspection is the responsibility of the buyer. The terms of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland without regard to any conflict of laws or provisions thereof that might indicate the applicability of laws of any other jurisdiction.
Inspection of item:
The winning bidder is allowed an inspection period to verify that the item substantially complies with the published description. The time of the inspection is allowed throughout the duration of the auction and after closing will be extended until time of final payment. Failure of the buyer to inspect the product is specifically excluded as cause for not meeting any of the terms of this agreement, including time requirement for the non-refundable deposit and final payment. Inspection is the responsibility of the buyer.
