Boat is in excellent condition. I am the 2nd owner of the boat. I purchased it in 2001. In addition to the options listed we also added GARMIN GPS; antenna; fish and depth finder; both have docking stations for each at both helms. Each helm has its own VHF radio that shares a single antenna - switch controlled at each location. In 2012 new carpeting was installed inside and outside the cabin. Outside carpet is snap removable. In addition, new risers and manifolds were installed in 2012. Eveything listed in the options list is in working condition. Boat has been professionally maintained by certified Mercruiser mechanics and kept year round at our local marina. This both during the boating season as well as being dry docked. Boat had been Coast Guard inspected several times during my ownership. Boat has been rigged for fishing - 6 rod holders. Dockside water was added. All water systems function, including hot water, sinks and shower. All Bimini hardware is stainless and was replaced in 2010. Upper helm upholstery was replaced in 2011. The 4 blade stainless prop was bought in August 2012. Both batteries were replaced in 2012 too. Boat was moved from our Marina's dry dock storage lot to my home. It is still shrink wrapped. The Bravo II outdrive, propeller and batteries are removed at each end of season boat year and stored by our Marina. They are not currently installed. We are selling the boat due to our retirement and relocating to an International location. The boat survey from February 2001 is available. All items identified during the survey as needing attention were addressed shortly after purchase by a licensed full service Marina. After completion of all survey items the boat was estimated to be worth $45,000.
