Bayliner 2858 Command Bridge
Description
Great weekend boat! Handles great and sleeps five comfortably. The boat is in good condition, just needs a little TLC. The motor has 1012 hours on it. It runs strong and does not leak or burn oil. This week I put in new gas and changed the spark plugs and it started right up. Very few hours on rebuilt outdrive. I have removed the carpet so the floor is bare, except in the galley where the floor is wood. The galley has a stainless steel sink, a US Marine 110 volt and alcohol stove. Norcold 12 volt refrigerator and a small microwave. Several cabinets and drawers for good storage. Overhead chart locker. A 30 gallon poly fresh water tank with 12 volt pump, one 13 gallon poly sanitation tank and one six gallon hot water heater. There is a roomy head with sink and shower. The cabin is heated via a Red Dot heater. Trim tabs. The cabin electrical starts at an easy to access circuit breaker panel. There are both 12 volt and 120 volt lights in the cabin along with three AC outlets. 50' 30 AMP shore power cord. Two Group 24 batteries (one new) and an 8 AMP charger. JRC color display radar / plotter, SeaRanger VHF radio, CB radio, small DVD player, AM/FM cassette, depth sounder, fish finder, two Ritchie compasses. Fiberglass swim platform. Teak is in good shape. 12 Volt bilge pump and engine compartment blowers. Comes with anchor, fenders, lines, fly bridge cover, life jackets, 2 extra propellers, fresh water hose. In 40 years of owning boats, this has been my favorite. I hate to sell it but family health issues forced me to move where there is no water. I have not used the boat in three years. I wash it off and make sure it is winterized but no time to use it. For someone who wants to spend a couple weekends putting in new carpet and doing a little waxing and polishing, this is a great buy. No trailer.
