2012 Parker 1801 Center Console with Yamaha 4 stroke 115 & trailer

I am selling my beloved 1801 in fighting lady yellow - Boat is in near perfect shape
The reason I am selling is that as my family has grown I need a bigger one that can bring more people along.
If you are looking at this you know about Parkers, their quality, reliability and their resale.
Boat is bullet proof. I have taken it from Old Saybrook to Block Island, Montauk and all over LIS.

• Engine water pump replaced in 2018.
• Had a 2nd battery installed in 2018
• Trolling motor in picture has been removed and bow rail reinstalled – not included in auction
• I do have all the cushions that are in great shape as i never used them
• I have a full canvas cover that is 1 year old.

Boat has been meticulously maintained Engine has good compression and runs strong 375 hours.
I am selling without the aftermarket electronics and aftermarket accessories (trolling motor) and It came with an older Humming bird unit that I can include but it will need installation as I removed it to install my newer electronics.
That being said there are a few screw holes in the top of the console where I mounted my electronics. They are patched but am a big believer in no surprises. If I were to buy the boat I would most likely just paint over them and you’d never know they were there.

PS - Again the trolling motor is not included at this price - if you are interested in the trolling motor as part of the boat purchase we can make that happen - it is a 1 year old Minn Kota terrova Salt water 80# 60" 24v, I also have two 1 year old AGM batteries, a cabelas digital charger and a inline 60 amp fuse.
