2007 Yamaha 25hp 2 stroke short shaft tiller motor and a Caribe tender that needs retubing.Boat must be picked up, no shipping.
No visible rust on the motor, has been well kept and flushed.
120psi compression on both cylinders.
Pull start, electric starter can be mounted.
Forward/Neutral/Reverse
Starts with first pull when used regularly.
Engine runs very nicely, and has been used with 50:1 ratio to prolong the life (Yamaha specs are100:1)
Motor has less than 150 hours of use
One of the last US models of 2 strokes made (2 strokes stopped being produced in 2009 on all US brands)
Engine will work for boats like inflatables with short transom(15-17''), skiffs, like Carolina skiff, whalers, bass boats, gheenoes, etc...
Shipping is $120 to a business address almost anywhere on mainland. $220 to a residential address. Engine is shipped on a pallet, wrapped and securely strapped along with fuel tank and any accessories. Payment methods accepted are cash, wire, cashier's check, MO. We currently do not take Paypal, but in the near future.
