We have a well kept 1978 Catalina 27/SL Masthead Sloop sailboat for sale. The boat has been regularly maintained and sailed to/from Los Angeles all the way down to Mexico. This boat is fully equipped and ready to sail this summer.

The boat is 100% ready to sail, we sail the boat weekly right out of San Diego Harbor. The only reason we are selling, is we are moving up to a larger boat. The interior and exterior of the vessel is largely original with the exception of exterior painting. The only work I see this boat needing is some minor electrical work for navigation lights and top paint/top wood finish in the next couple years. We've only sailed during the day, so it hasn't been required for us. Serious buyers only, asking $6950 or best offer for the boat which is a great deal.
