1989 Wellcraft Gran Sport 34 Boat Express Cruiser

1989 Wellcraft Gran Sport 3400. We bought this bought out of Miami almost 2yrs ago, we drove it up to Fort Pierce City Marina where we lived aboard for just over a year. That was probably the best year of our lives, living in Paradise. However, life changes and we had to buy a house to take my mother in and care for her. If you get a chance to leave the boat at Fort Pierce City Marina, do it. The staff is very friendly as is the other live aboard people, plus everything goes on down there, concerts, farmers markets, fishing tournaments and much more. Anyway this boat is not perfect, it's 29yrs old. It has twin 454's with V Drives, and fresh water cooled engines. I have receipts for around $9000.00 worth of work done since we bought it. Both starters are new, new Risers and Manifolds both engines, new hydraulic hoses and a bunch of other things, just don't have the list in front of me. The cabin is very roomy, the AC & Heat work good, mood lights throughout the cabin, cd player AM/FM stereo, TV on a mount. There is a Honda Generator that is not original to the boat, it's in the engine compartment. The boat has a windless. The Starboard engine was replaced at one point, according to my mechanic. The boat engine hour meters show about 1300 original hours. This boat could use a good cleaning, the engine fluids are new. The hot water tank is missing, I never replaced it because I would just go up to the Club House for my showers. This is a great live aboard for a couple of people, we never really took it out much, it was more our home than a boat, but we did take it out to dinner a few times.
