1991 Tracker Party Cruiser 32' Pontoon boat, this is an awesome House Boat for all lakes and rivers, it's been trailered to Mead, Shasta, Mohave, and Lake Powell for vacations. It has an upgraded(from the standard 90hp) 1991 150hp Evinrude XP outboard that runs great it has 687 original hours, it has a 45 gallon fuel tank for the motor and 25 gal. For the 4K Onan generator which has 1226 original hours.
It has a rear bedroom area which was enclosed with insulated walls from the original canvas room, inside the main cabin it has 2 couches one that converts in to a bed, kitchen has sink with pressure water, AC/DC refrigerator, electric stove, and microwave. The AC works great and cools the whole inside nicely. There is also a small bathroom with electric flush porta toilet and shower. When you walk out the sliding glass door on to the main front deck it has a barbecue area to the left with generator underneath and Horshoe style seating all the way around the front with lots of storage, all cushions are in good shape and original, The front seating area converts into a large bed if wanted.
The Bimini top was taken off the front area and a custom aluminum awning top was built in its place which is great for shade also has custom canvas enclosure which zip down and closes for privacy and keep the bugs out at night.
The trailer is in great shape and had no salt water use all freshwater it has brakes and new tires and rims less than 200 miles on them.
The boat is ready to go but can use some cosmetic attention, it spent a lot of years at the river in freshwater and the pontoons need cleaning, I have already started polishing on one side but it needs to be finished, the exterior is faded from the hot desert sun but the interior is in good shape since it has canvas covers, there is currently no access to the top deck because of the cabin added to the back, I have the ladder and top railing parts and also a brand new Bimini top for the top deck, the rubber roof was replaced 6 years ago. My plan was to put an exterior ladder on the side to access the top. The back cabin area needs to be finished, I have all the aluminum angle and corners to do so. The boat has some bumps and bruises but is sound and just needs someone to do some cosmetic cleaning, it is ready to use now but would be a great winter project to get it shined up for next summer. the Nada book value is over $17,000 but I have set my reserve at almost half to give the new owners plenty of room for upgrades. This was a 1 owner boat and comes with all the manuals and is currently registered and has clear California titles for the boat and trailer. It weighs approx 6000lbs, I tow it with a 3/4 ton diesel no problem. Please do not bid unless you are able to buy it. If you are local you can stop by to inspect it.
