1983 starcraft fishing boat

Hull No. SKRK66B60583 Registered in Ohio as 13' It measures 13'9". Ohio does not title boats under14' but, the registration is in my name. The only problem with the boat is that it needs a new piece of plywood in the floor between the middle seats. It should be easy to cut and install. The trailer is a 1983 Shore Landr. No problems with the trailer it appears to be alumn or galvanized. Has spare tire. Ohio does not title trailers. It is registered in my name. The motor is a 1983 9.9 Evinrude. When I purchased the boat the motor was on it and it needed carberator work. I had another motor I used on it when we took it out "that motor is not for sale" The 1983 Evinrude will need to be worked on to get it running. Ohio does not title boat motor's under 10 HP.
