1973 Model Star Stream Mark II, River Queen 40 foot house boat

I am selling this boat because due to my job and being gone on tour all the time, I am not able to do the repairs that are needed for the boat. I have two new sinks (still in box) for the head. The boat has a shower and electrictoilet (sink needs to be replaced) The back bedroom has paneling but needs to be finished as well. This boat has a refrigerator that was purchased last year, gas oven and stovethat both work very well. Boatwas rewired 2 years ago. There is a new kitchennook and futon that goes with boat as well. The water heaterand fresh water tank pump was replaced this summer. It has brown water holding tank and one fresh water holding tank. Boat is powered with two 318 chrysler engine with v drives which carbs need to be worked on as described earlier in ad. This boat is located in Nashville, Tennessee and wouldhave to be moved to another boat slipwhen purchased. Boat is located on a securegated dock area.You can sit out on the back deck and fish and catch fish all day long.The boat dock is a quite one which most people come toenjoy peace and quite. This boat would be perfect for asingle person or a couple. Most of the people on the dock are songwriters and/or professional people.( boat is sold as is with no warranty of any kind ) boat will have to be moved out of slip. if boat gets redone it would easly bring 20 30 thousand
