Boat has been basically used as a floating condo, enjoying the walking distance to the beach from the marina. The following items that are operable are the A/C / Heat unit, water pump, water heater, A/C Refrigerator, Cooktop, shower and manual head with macerater pump. Windlass, new GPS. Leaving deck chairs and cooler with boat, also,dock lines and fenders. Canvas and isinglass in great condition. No rips or tears in upholstery. Port engine runs, Starboard engine turns over but will not fire. The following items at time of listing will eventually need attention: Bottom paint, Thru hulls, engine maintenance. Bottom has been cleaned and zincs replaced as needed on a monthly basis. Possible slip availability at marina. Boat is being sold as, where is, must be moved within 7 days unless other arrangements are made with marina.
