SEA RAY 22' CUDDY

The engine started and ran well. The last time this boat was hauled it was in running condition and has now been sitting without use for the past 3 years. The boat was fully winterized including the engine and the drive and the marina will warrant that there is no damage to the engine head from freezing. While the boat is being sold AS IS, you can consider the engine and drive to be in RUNNING CONDITION. This does not mean that the boat is ready to go to sea and the successful bidder should review all systems before putting the boat back into use.

My inspection of the boat itself did not show any structural damage. The hull and deck of the boat are fibreglass

As the pictures indicate, the vinyl on the sun lounge aft in the cockpit is sunbaked and needs to be changed. (The foam is good; just needs new vinyl) . The vinyl damage is due to AGE and not snow and ice as each and every winter the boat was shrunk wrapped for the winter season.

The boat is a 22' SEA RAY CUDDY. SEA RAY IS A WELL RESPECTED BRAND NAME.

BOAT AND ENGINE ARE SOLD AS IS AND WHERE IS AND NOT SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. There is no warranty of any type including fitness for use.

The boat will be loaded at NO CHARGE onto a trailer or truck that is ready to receive the boat or launched.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE within 24 HOURS OF THE END OF THE AUCTION THROUGH PAYPAL.

The vessel has NYS title as represented by foreclosure paperwork that can be used to register the vessel.Should the buyer want a NYS registration it can be obtained for$250.Buyers can also register the boat themselves using the NYSauctioneer foreclosure papers they will receive when they pick up the boat.
