This 30' boat has a great floor plan. It has been in fresh water for the past 27 years and stored in a covered berth. It was used most weekends in the summer. Deferred maintenance on some of the teak. Engines run. Generator and power steering need repair. It is currently berthed atWillow Berm Marinain the California Delta (Isleton,CA).
