2005 SEA PRO 220CC with Fishing Package Upgrade & Trailer

No brokers please! For sale by private owner is a beautiful 2005 Sea Pro 220 Center Console+ Fishing package upgrade (TACO outriggers and rocket launchers). Equipped with a 150HP Four stroke Yamaha engine, only 870 hours, LENCO trim tabs and so much more. Oil changed every 100 hours by a licensed marine mechanic, maintained both cosmetically as well as functionally at all times. This sale also includes a 2005 magic tilt trailer with recently upgraded torsion axles and brand new trailer jack. This is the perfect boat for both inshore and offshore fishing and/or diving. Light, easy to tow anywhere, and very fuel efficient. I have comfortably gone as much as 30 miles offshore and reached speeds of 30kts. My average fuel consumption is approximately between 2.7-3.5 MPG, very very efficient boat. SeaPro makes a solid boat, wide flared bow, and foam filled hull. I’ve owned many boats in my life, and this is by far my favorite boat ever. I’m sad to see her go, but my new boat is a better fit for a large family which I now have. Why am I selling?: I am selling because my new, much bigger boat arrived this week, I have no need for two boats.

How has the boat been maintained?: I had oil changed every 100 hours, impeller changed annually, and general maintenance done religiously. I take my young children on this boat and often go offshore, safety has always been of utmost importance. Everything is kept in good condition and updated/upgraded as needed, from small items to big, anything that needed repair or replacement was always done immediately. A few of the most recent modifications include: suicide knob on the steering wheel added in 2019, New batteries (X2) in 2018, brand new OEM Yamaha throttle control and helm 2019, new T-Top in 2018, new wash down and live well pump 2019, to the small little particulars such as swivel mount rod holders for deep dropping, additional 4 rod holders added in 2018, full custom made canvas full boat cover (cost over $2,000). Boat has been trailer kept since new, no bottom paint ever. The most recent service was done in November of 2019 as a courtesy to the next owner who buys her off of me. I have all books, receipts, warranties etc at my office and will transfer them with the sale. I’m also happy to share my mechanics contact info if you would like. I also had the engine custom painted with "Lexus Midnight Blue" in 2019. This looks amazing!! A must see!

What safety equipment is included? :2 USCG approved life jackets, fire extinguisher, throwable flotation device, anchor with 100 ft of line, Armstrong stainless steel swim/dive ladder.

Is a trailer included? YES! The 2005 magic tilt trailer with upgraded torsion axles (added in 2018) is included in the sale. There are 4 newer tires too, put on in 2018 and I have 2 spare tires mounted on the front of the trailer included as well.

Fuel tank size and fuel type?: Approximately 105 gallons, I have only used ethanol free gas in this boat. (REC90)

How long have I owned the vessel?: I bought it with only 18 hours on it back in 2010 directly from a marina owner in Stuart, FL.

Electronics included?: Yes, in 2019 I put a brand new SIMRAD GO7 fish finder/GPS and transducer on the boat. I also have the original RayMarine fish finder/GPS unit(s) which I will include with the sale as well. This was a $1,000 package and is included in the sale as well. I also added a brand new VHF radio in 2019 which comes with the boat.

Can I see and/or sea Trial the boat?: Yes, anyone who is serious, first looks at the boat and puts a fully refundable deposit can have a sea trial. The boat can be seen at my office at any time, just email or text me, even if I’m not there, my secretary can show it.

When was boat last detailed? : August of 2019, using 3M products, detail done by WashMe, Inc.

Where is the boat located?: At my office in east Boca Raton Florida.

Do I have clear title: Yes, I have clear title in hand, no liens on boat or trailer.
