1995 REGAL 292 COMMODORE WITH TRAILER

Description

This boat has no reserve over the starting bid. It has great potential but is a project boat and needs mainly engine work, and sadly my huge loss is your gain as I don't have the time or money to finish it. Both engines turn over and run but one needs a starter and the port motor was not properly winterized and will need to be rebuilt as one of the cylinders has 50% compression and pushed the freeze plugs out. However, this boat is powered by two fuel injected Ford 302's so great power plant and potential. The out drives are Volvo Penta's and has a generator so this was the top of the line Regal Commodore 292. I purchased this boat in this condition and have not titled or used it and it has sat in storage for the last 4 months. Also, the generator runs but will require carburator work and the strainer on the generator is cracked. This boat also comes with a tri-axel trailer in good condition. The exterior upholstery is in very good condition and just needs a cleaning. The gel coat is oxidized but is solid and can be polished out and will look good. The emergency hatch needs to be reseated and is duct taped down now. The ladder is gone and covered are missing on the out drives but both out drives appear to be in very good condition and work well. I can't confirm if the controls work but the dash switches for the trim motors are gone however the trim motors work. This boat is also equipped with air conditioning, electric winlass, microwave, two refrigerators, electric stove, very nice Kenwood stereo and disk changer with auxiliary that could be used for a Bluetooth or iPod adapter. There is no canvas. With some elbow grease and mechanical work this could be an amazing boat. The trailer alone is worth $4000 or more. Please email if you have any questions or wish to discuss.
