This boat is in great condition! Very clean! Runs EXCELLENT! I was transferred to Washington, DC on a temporary assignment a year ago, I bought this boat to live on during the week while in the DC area. It has served the purpose and a whole lot more, several weekend trips to the Eastern Shore and Annapolis.

Boat is ready to go, just had it hauled the second week of August to have bottom painted and new zincs. (some pics while on land included)

Interior - 110V refrigerator, air conditioning, heat, running water with water heater, AM/FM/CD with accessory plug - speakers inside and outside, head with shower, fresh water dockside hook up and fresh water holding tank. Aft cabin, forward V, dinette coverts into bed- sleeps 6.

Exterior - clean, fresh bottom paint, fenders, extra dock lines, GPS, depth finder, GPS, VHF.

Mercruiser 5.7 / 250 HP with alpha one drive - approximately 350 hours on engine. Fires right up and runs like a champ - top end 29 MPH, comfortable cruising speed 22 MPH. Economical to run!

Boat is located at Herrington Harbor North Resort Marina in Deale, MD. Slip is paid in full through April 2017! Very nice marina with pool, newly renovated shower houses, boat owner lounge, restaurant, grills, walking trails, etc...
