listed is a 1974 Hal Kelly Wetback, and a 1974 evinrude 25hp 2 stroke. everything is immaculate to an unbelievable level! this boat has been garage stored and its first time in the water was 6/26. as a 17 year old the original owner built the boat, but when his family moved the moved somewhere without a body of water and it has been garage kept in a stable environment in Texas since! I then Received it, and rebuilt the carb, fuel pump, and replaced all fuel lines. On 6/26 I ran it for the first time and achieved a top speed of 34 mph. if reproped with a higher pitch i believe it could go as high as 60. a truly one of a kind boat in amazing shape, i simply do not have a use for it and would rather have a fishing boat.
