27ft ericson sailboat

Selling my 27ft Ericson sloop. Comes with all the bells and whistles:

Also comes with a mooring in Rockport Harbor until the end of September. A great boat. Could use a new Genoa jib but works fine and has a few pieces of sail tape. Besides for that this boat is perfectly clean and a perfect boat for any level of experience. Engine runs great has a 30 horse atomic 4 inboard that sounds and runs perfectly.
