24ft Pontoon with Trailer & Evinrude 225HP Engine

This is a 1997 24 foot Leisure Kraft pontoon with a 1999 Evinrude 225HP engine. First let me tell you about the pontoon. We purchased this in 2015 and used it one season like it was. In 2016 we stripped it down and put on a new marine plywood deck completely sealed with waterproof coating on both sides. We put down new carpet and new basic furniture. We wanted it as open as possible for fishing and playing. In the fall of 2016 we got tired of the anemic 70HP 2 stroke engine we had (12mph). over the winter I purchased a boat with the 225hp engine and we moved it to the pontoon and in the spring of 2017, PONZILLA was born (30+ mph). The pontoon is in great condition, the furniture needs a little work and it needs new lights but that is all. Now about the engine, she is in excellent condition, runs like a sewing machine and has a newly rebuilt lower unit with a one year warranty. It is a 2 stroke1999 Evinrude 225HP ficht fuel injected engine with a one gallon oil injection tank. That means no mixing gas and oil. It has power tilt and trim with a new trim pump motor put on it last summer. The engine alone has a NADA book value of $4500 and comes with an extra 25 pitch RAKER stainless steel prop. This has been a great, dependable boat for us and was fun to build and use. We have a new tritoon now and sadly we need to find her a new home with someone who can appreciate her. She is a beautiful powerful beast, that can be anything from a fishing boat to a ski boat and anything in between.
The boat comes as shown with one fuel tank and all the 2 stroke oil I have for it. There are no batteries, life jackets or other boat accessories.
