THIS IS A ONE OF KIND Turn Key Boat, this hull is in excellent condition, interior all solid Teak, the vessel is stored out of the water in a high and dry covered storage. In addition to the new long block in 2002 and manifolds and risers are replaced and new, also installed a new engine pan and cold tared for longevity, new starter motor, new plugs and new shift cables which were all done this year. The transom assembly was replaced 1 year ago to keep the steering tight like new, the cockpit the carpeting and cushions are all in very good condition. No rips, tears or discoloration, this boat has been taken care of. In the cabin it's also very clean, the aft cabin is currently being used for storage but 2 adults will fit in there comfortably. Across from the galley you have a settee, you can lift the table up for a dinette or leave it in place as shown in the photos and install a cushion for another berth for guests. The V berth also has plenty for room for 2 adults. The head has a shower and porta potti, and is plumbed with a macerator so if your off shore you can dispose of the contents. There is a 4 gallon hot water heater so no worry about cold showers!! Every part of this boat has been replaced or upgraded.
