You cannot change a boat's history, a poorly maintained vessel will have critical structural issues. Look closely at the photos in the other Ads, can you see the water damaged wood under all the windows, do you notice the attempt to patch around the hatches? The decks will be soft, the tanks are sure to be rotted out and, the engine always needs some work. You will spend more money on repairing that "bargain" that needs some TLC than you would believe. She is a comfortable coastal cruiser that has been well maintained throughout her life. The upper and lower decks on this mature boat are solid and dry. Her 3 ft draft and full keel design make it easy to get into just about anywhere you please. Cruising at 8 knots she consumes 1.5 gallons per hour from the (2) 110 gallon tanks, giving you a 900 mile range. A lower helm plus a full enclosure for the upper station means you will never be left in bad weather while underway.
