This Dinghy or Sail or Row or Motor boat is like new and used only a couple times.

This was a kit From Chesapeake Light Craft called the Passagemaker

New 2016 ShoreLand'r Trailer

She was built in New Mexico with over 200 Man Hours to construct.

in addition: kit, parts, rigging, sail, trailer, etc all cost over 3800.

It was built by a retired Presbyterian Minister and he donated it to the "Rockport Fulton Recovery from Hurricane Harvey.

I bought it to help the town with the recovery. I am more of a power boat guy and have no use for it. My plan was to hold it for a year and donate it back but they are not a charity and I can not get a tax right off. I am selling it here and am going to donate the money back through another local charity for the write off.
