Sleeps 7 in the cabin, Fin keel with 4' draft; 9.9 Evinrude outboard motor; automatic bilge pump and manual bilge pump; the pop-top with for greater head room is a very cool feature, shore power receptacle; two burner alcohol stove; grill on the rail, two sinks with fresh water holding tank; marine head with holding tank; 2 anchors with locker and lazarette storage locker; auto-tiller; canvas covers for mainsail, winches, cabin roof cover (new with Forever thread); tiller cover; cockpit cushions, good cushions; extending spinnaker pole; fenders; brand new life vests adults/children; updated "balanced" rudder, 2 new water hoses, cleaning brushes and plenty of chemicals. Two gas tanks filled up with brand new gas and oil!
