2005 Everglades 223CC Center Console

We are selling our Everglades 223CC. It has Yamaha 225hp 4-Stroke power with 1,472 hours. According to the Everglades dealer this is a very rare boat. There is only one other 223CC for sale in the country and it is listed for $39,900. In 2015 the boat and engine were gone through to the tune of $3,400 to compete maintenance and give the boat a clean bill of health. This included the replacement of the exhaust system to fix the common exhaust corrosion issues some of these engines have. The boat is in great shape mechanically but does have some nick’s, scrapes, and scuffs. We have purchased a new rub rail kit from west marine that will come with the boat. If you have a good boat detailer then this boat could shine up well. The boat has been out on the water this year and could be dropped in and used tomorrow. The boat comes with a 2010 Aluminum slide on trailer that is in great shape and recently made a trip up from Florida with no problems. Please come look at the boat before buying.
