You are bidding on a 1981 Topaz 28 Express. This boat was donated to our charity, the donor is being transferred to Texas for work, but is available to speak to the winning bidder. The receipts we have show both Volvo Diesel motors have had full servicing prior to winter storage.
Both turbo’s were replaced in 2016 $4500.00 . On 4/17 the motors had $4300.00 in servicing and replacement of worn parts. We have some other receipts in addition to those totaling over 12k spent on the boat in the last two years.
We were told the motors run great and the boat is fully functional with no problems. All systems work. The bottom of the boat was sand blasted so it willed to be painted..
The boat is located at a marina in Belmar NJ, the storage is paid until 6/30. If you need more time to pick the boat up I believe you can pay for another month.
