Description

This is a great daysailer, super family friendly (we have 3 kids) and great as a weekend camping boat. Lasy year underwent a complete refit from stem to stern and includes many upgrades. Also what makes the MacGregor an awesome family friendly boat is the fact its self-righting with the water ballast tank filled. This means that the boat will return to an upright position after being pulled over on its side with the sails in place.

Exterior
• Brand new seat cushions. Navy blue Sunbrella fabric with white piping
• Captains seat raised and mounted on stainless hinges. The original 26x seat is too low to allow you to see in front of the vessel while seated. This upgrade fixes that problem. The hinges also allow the seat to be folded up out of the way providing more standing room if needed.
• Bait board with fresh water washdown on stern rail. Bait board folds down when not in use. Bait board also makes a great spot for your bbq or gas stove when its time to make dinner.
• 4 drink holders
• Bimini for shade in the cockpit. easily collapsed when you want a little sun
• New windows installed in 2017
• Anchor roller installed on bow for easy anchor handling
• 22lb galvanized claw anchor with 26ft 5/8 galv chain and 350ft of 5/8 line.
• New high visibility LEnavigationon lights front and rear
• New Hydraulic steering. HyDrive Hydra cable with Admiral helm. Big improvement over the standard cable steering.
Interior
• Brand new cushions throughout. Navy blue Sunbrella fabric with white piping
• New LED cabin lighting
• Composting toilet installed. Same as you find on expensive RV's and now on some big sailing catamarans. Hardly ever needs emptying. No Smell and no chemicals to leak. Huge improvement over the smelly porter potty.
• Electric water pressure at sink
• 2x fire extinguishers installed
Comfort features
• 6-gallon water tank mounted under interior seats with electric water pressure at the sink and at the shower head on stern (great for washing off salty/ sandy kids at the end of the day
• We have removed the interior table and replaced with a custom-made bed. Much nicer than the claustrophobic queen bed under the cockpit. This set up also frees up the area under the cockpit creating a huge storage space for fishing gear, scuba tanks, kids sand toys etc. The table can be reinstalled in less than 5 min with 2 bolts.
• Blue tooth music controlled directly from the Lowrance Nav station at the helm. Play music direct from your phone.
• JBL speakers inside and out. Interior speaker isolator switch so you can turn off the sound inside if someone is sleeping
• Interior cupboards upgraded with wooden interiors and shelves

Electrical System
• Separate engine and house batteries
• New gel-mat starter battery for engine
• Brand new, unused deep cycle marine house battery
• Batteries set up on a BlueSea Automatic Charge Relay. Automatically combines batteries when a charge current is present to allow for charging and separates the batteries when no charge current is present. No need to mess with battery isolator switches, and ensures you cannot accidentally drain your engine battery by mistake.
• New interior LED lighting
• permanently installed battery tender to allow charging from shore power
• Inverter for 120v in cabin
