1992 aft cabin Nor'sea 27

Description

Seven is a 1992 aft cabin owner finished Nor'sea ready to go. She is in good to very good condition, new shaft, cutlass bearing and cushions. Additional pictures taken 4/12/2018 are available here:

Sails are from Sailrite, main and 110% jib. Virtually brand new, 7.4
ounce Dacron. Main has two reef points.
Interior, teak ply bulkheads, trimmed in cherry and mahogany. Floor is
walnut with maple strips, cushions fabric is a subdued orange .
Force 10 diesel cabin heater with foot pump to
pressurize fuel tank, LED roof lights, walls finished with cherry stripes.
Plumbing is PEX, with pressurized water (hot and cold) 6 gallon water
heater (engine or shore power), faucets are Delta (I think from either
Home Depot or Lowes). Cabin table slides on
compression post and can be lowered below seats to make bed. LED light
in anchor well. 110 VAC GFI outlet in galley, stove is converted CNG to
propane by resizing burner orifice, has battery powered sparker to light
burners.

fish finder, various inputs, detail chart of east coast of US)

Engine Yanmar 2GM20F with 632 hours, new prop shaft, 2 blade bronze
prop, new cutlass bearing.
Wiring is all tined copper with copper buss bars.
Bilge pump auto/off/manual control. Have second uninstalled bilge pump with float switch.
Propane detector/alarm/solenoid control with spare sensor. Two
fiberglass propane tanks with stainless steel holders.

Refrigeration is Isotherm 2551 SP system with evaporator measuring 15
by 6 inches. Has a water heat exchanger on galley sink discharge.
Trailer triple axle Pacific, surge brakes. Main and wheel cylinders and
rubber brake lines replaced 2 years ago. Tires have great tread but
research replacing them based on age. Trailer is galvanized steel in
great shape. Never has been in salt water. Has an electric winch, I
don't have the winch handle. Comes with a tongue extension of about 16
to 18 feet. Extension bolts on with U-bolts.
5 coats of MAS epoxy for barrier followed by
bottom paint, Pettit Hydrocoat blue.
