Engine: Volvo Penta diesel model MD7A, 13.4 HP at 2600 rpm,2 cylinder, raw water cooled
Fuel tanks: new 20 gallon stainless steel tank, 25 gallon aluminum tank, 20 gallon fiberglass tank
Water tankage: 2 polyethelene tanks with a capacity of about 40 gallons, vented and secured. Water system is pressure on demand with hose plumbing for water heater. Fresh water pump and sea water pumps in galley. Two SS sinks in galley.
Hull: full keep, round chine, raked bow. Hull in good condition with exception of one weak delaminated area starboard side aft below the cabin bulkhead (14"x15"x3/8" deep) (information from last survey)
Propeller: 3 blade bronze, 13X 19 left hand, good/fair condition
Shaft: 1.0 stainless steel bronze
Shaft bearing: solid rubber cutlass
Rudders: keel hung FRP in fair condition, has a hole at the bottom aft corner and core is wet
Through hull fittings: bronze
Sea valves: bronze ball cocks
Electrical systems: DC 12 V system, full panel with fuse protection; AC 120 V with 30 amp shore power connection and one cord, protection with circuit breakers
Head: One manual toilet with direct overboard discharge and additional portable toilet. One SS sink. Solar-power exaust fan.
Galley: Regal LPG 2-burner with oven, open ventilation, gimbaled; Two 20lb propane tanks in good condition in propane locker, electric solenoid shutoff switch in galley. Norcold model MRFT-630 AC/DC refridgerator not working (blows fuses).
Bilge drainage: 2 electric automatic bilge pumps. One manual "Whale" pump in cockpit.
Ground tackle: Three Danforth anchors of varying sizes with approximately 100 feet of 3/8" chain and approximately 150' of 5/8" braided nylon 3 strand rode.
Deck hardware: Stainless steel, many extras.
Autopilot: Autohelm, model ST 4000 (some components, but no guarantee that all components are present nor that they function)
Steering: 1 helm station with a 26" teak, 6-spoke with stainless steel rim wheel, mechanical system by Yacht Specialities, with an emergency tiller.
Compass: Ritchie Powerdamp 4" binnacle.
Safety equipment: bow rail/stern rail: double 1" SS in good condition; life lines double vinyl coated SS wire on 1" SS stanchions about every 6 feet; horn; bell; flairs; lightes; safety harness; cushions; buoys, boarding ladder

Sailing Equipment: spars aluminum painted white; mast steps on keel on a stainless steel shoe; aluminum spreaders; chainplates shrouds penetrate through the deck and are bolted to the hull, backstay bolted through transom; standing rigging 1x19 stainless steel wire with good swages, 4 part running backstays; running rigging dacron double braided, 5 part main sheet on a traveler, two 4 part vangs; type reefing 2 slab points with jiffy reef, halyard winches 2 barient #10 installed on cabin top and one #10 installed on the mast; jib sheet winches 2 barient #22 installed on port and starboard cockpit sides; spinnaker wisker pole with a track on the mast; sails by Connelly and other extras (135% genoa, 110% jib, additional jib, storm jib, storm trisail)
Interior: Custom-built cedar ceilings (made with 1.5" cedar slats smooth sanded with 220 grit sandpaper unvarnished - recently installed to replace old TNG wood) and cedar upper bulkheads (made with 3.5" wide, 3/4" thick cedar smooth sanded with 220 grit sandpaper unvarnished), 5 completed re-engineered heavy-duty large windows, 5 smaller portlights
Hatches: Two Bomar hatches in fair to good condition.
