1976 Ericson 25 sailboat with newer nissan 4 stroke outboard, boat donation

This very well maintained 1976 Ericson 25 sailboat is being donated to the MilfordSailingFoundation.org. We are a non-profit 501c(3) organization whose mission is to educate and promote sailing skills and safety, and to encourage an interest is sailing education and competition, among youths and adults. All proceeds from this sale will go to support our programs.
This is a very solid and well laid out boat. In great condition for its age, please look at the pictures and contact me with any questions before bidding. The head was removed to be repaired and not re-installed (see pic) It is in place though. Sails are on the boat although I did not inventory them yet, the main was older but usable. The 4 stroke Nissan 9.8 hp is a 2010.
