30 foot Rawson

This sailboat has a new Yanmar Diesel with less than 50 hours. Professionally installed in Saint Augustine Fl. She sails nice, the floor needs to be replaced. I was going to do it, some say its a hard job, some say not bad. i really am not sure. It is the floor, not the whole bottom. The interior need some restoration, good bones, make it your own. A lot of upgrades done to this boat including a wheel, replacing the hand steering also designed for single hand sailing. The sails are in far condition. Bottom is cleaned monthly. Runs fantastic. Has icebox, flushing head, pump sink, fresh water and gas stove. Shore power was added also.These sailboats are all over the world, a definite blue water sailboat. There is a Rawson club available to answer questions regarding these yachts. she sails around 6 to 8 knots and has a high freeboard. if any questions let me know i will try to answer as best i can. has to be picked up at marina. has to be moved by end of oct. the slip can be available in the treasure coast. must talk with marina.
