Bought this to fix up and use but my mom got cancer and I haven't had any time to do anything. Nice boat, has all cushions which are in good shape. Never had it in the water. Tohatsu (Nissan) 4 stroke motor (6hp) with 12 gallon tank in lazerette. Boat needs some real cleaning. It is sound though. I haven't raised the mast or checked the sails. They don't seem soft. I have a four burner propane stove to go with it. Trailer is in great shape. Tiller boat, water ballast.

Q:- clear title? - have all parts & rigging? - is it ready to sail, moto, and trailer? - sails good? - any leaks? - center board working - seals (water ballast, center board, and such) in good order? - any issues with paint gelcoat issues such as spider stress cracks? - trailer (tires bearing) are good?
A: I have clear titles for boat and motor. The rigging seems good, I haven't found any problems. It can be motored and trailered now. The bearings are good and they have bearing buddies on them. I haven't had a chance to put her in the water. I don't believe it has any leaks. I haven't raised the sails. I do know there is a small tear in the foresail about 1 or 2 inches. The main and foresail both have sunbrella covers. The centerboard works. I don't know the condition of the water ballast system although I was told it worked. There are some chips in the gelcoat but nothing below the waterline that I have found. The rudder is a little rough and the boat could use a new paint job. The cushions are in my house and in great shape. I have a 4 burner propane oven/stove to go with it.
