INSPECT BEFORE YOU ACCEPT: It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, inspect before you accept, to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. We are not authorized to reimburse for any transportation, shipping, plane tickets or repairs.

Most of my units are driven/pulled approx. 200-400 miles before selling,
if there is a problem, I have it fixed (or list problem on ad), I check motor
fluids, etc, change if needed, Tires are checked and and noted on listing ad.
I check out most major appliances, fix if needed (unless listed), unit
is cleaned inside and out, then put up for sale.Dont assume this unit is in
perfect condition, it is not new, even if the previous owner have taken
excellent care of this unit it still wouldn't be in new/perfect condition.We
reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for

every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this

vehicle. Most older motorhomes will need
work/updating to get to the new owners satisfactory.I check most major
appliances fridge, stove, etc. to make sure they are in working order, I do not
always check minor stuff like every light bulb, etc. For some reason the
pictures sometimes looks better then in person on the motorhomes, please look
at pictures closely and consider the year of the motorhome to decide if it may
be to "outdated" for what your looking for. I will do my best to make every
buyer a "happy camper".

11. TAXES AND REGISTRATION FEES: All buyers must pay a $299 dealer service & handling fee. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in your state . For your convenience when legally permitted we will provide a 30-day Florida temporary tag if desired. Florida State law permits automobile dealerships up to 30-days to transfer titles. Our title clerks wait a minimum of 10-business days from the date of receiving a check before sending out a title. If this delay is not acceptable to you, please do not bid on our items.

12. BUY IT NOW: In the event that the automobile featured in this auction is purchased prior to this auction's scheduled ending date and time,MOTOR DEPOT LLCreserves the right to cancel your bid and end this auction early.

13. $500 DEPOSIT: A minimum nonrefundable deposit of $500 is due and payable on or before 24-hours after the end of the auction. PayPal can be used for the payment of the deposit,Paypal adress is MOTORDEPOTUSA@GMAIL.COM. There will be a 3% surcharge for all credit card transactions. The balance is due and payable on or before 5-days after the end of the auction. Acceptable forms of payment include cash in person, certified check, cashiers check, money order, or bank wire transfer. Credit cards and debit cards are acceptable forms of payment, but you will be charged a 3% processing fee. Make the check or money order payable to MOTOR DEPOT LLC., our transfer agent.

14. HOURS: Deliveries are to be scheduled Monday through friday from 9am - 5pm. No deliveries are permitted on sunday unless special arrangements are made in advance with our trust department.
