8 FOOT SAILING DINGHY - SKIMMAR SEA PUPPY

Skimmar 8 foot sailing dinghy. Called the "Sea Puppy".
This is a fiberglass hand laid up hull. The boat is complete with sailing rig. Boat is 8 feet long, 47" wide and 19" deep. It weighs around 90#. Missing row-locks- available at most boating supply stores This boat was built around 1975. It was used in the Chesapeake Bay for ten days per year from 1975 through 1982 . It has never seen salt water. The rest of the time this boat has been stored indoors. The sailing rig is in perfect condition and no missing parts. No corrosion and no physical damage. The sail is like new. It was always carefully folded before storage. I haven't put this little boat in the water for over thirty years. It's time to pass this sailing dinghy along to someone else. Boat is perfect to teach children how to sail. Only item not pictured is the sail bag. Consider two equivalents- the Dyer Dhow or the Dyer Midget. The Skimmar has a superior sailing rig to the Dyer's sliding gunter.. The Dyers will set you back $3400.
