Enjoy the unique beauty of Lake Powell from a luxury houseboat. Beachcomber Antigua is a 16’ x 72’ Stardust houseboat located in Page, AZ, the most scenic area of Lake Powell. Currently there are 13 owners on Antigua with a maximum of 18 shares. Antigua has recently had new upgrades including new carpet throughout, new mattresses, a new stove, new refrigerator, two new freezers, a new massive BBQ and some new furniture. There are 4 bedrooms plus a sofa queen hide-a-bed in the main salon. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have queen beds.

Antigua is maintained by Lake Powell Marine and is a launch and retrieve boat. Why is this better? With a launch and retrieve boat you can more easily load the boat without having to walk down the marina, there are no issues with zebra mussels, gasoline is charged out at near pump prices not expensive lake prices, inspection between owners can be much more comprehensive, maintenance is lower stored out of the water.

Dual 5.0 Mercruiser engines power this 2008 boat with a 15kw Westerbeke generator to provide electrical power. There are two full size refrigerators in the kitchen, a dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer, icemaker, 60” TV with Direct TV in the main salon & 42” TV & Direct TV in master bedroom,

blu-ray player and surround sound in the main salon. There are two bathrooms inside plus a ½ bath on the rear deck. The upper deck has a large fiberglass canopy with additional controls for piloting the boat from inside or on top. There is a rear slide, mooring whips, and lots of storage. A “toy tank” is located at the rear of the boat for easy fill of any watercraft. There are lots of chairs and tables on the upper deck.

· Off season weeks available to owners for $75 per day.

Annual maintenance fees are $1,950. Launch & retrieval fees are $1,650. The generator/engine hours fee is $4.00 per running hour per engine.
